Mission Statement
CUPE Local 104 is dedicated to protecting and advancing the rights of our members, who play an essential role in ensuring public safety across Canada. We fight for fair wages, just working conditions, and respect in the workplace. We hold the employer accountable for leadership failures including staffing shortages and unfair policies that put both workers and the public at risk.
Through strong representation, advocacy, and solidarity, we ensure our members receive the fairness, dignity, and recognition they deserve.
